# Pampaware

> Senior nearshore software studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Pampaware turns AI-assisted prototypes into production-grade systems — product discovery, design, and engineering — for founders and teams who need software that actually holds under load, scrutiny, and time.

Pampaware is a small, deliberately senior shop. Every engineer has 15+ years of experience. The same people who write the code shape the product. We work in the EST and CST overlap (UTC-3 from Buenos Aires), so collaboration is real-time, not 12-hour async loops.

The studio is built on a single thesis: most modern software fails not because the idea is wrong, but because the substrate is thin. Auth was hand-rolled. Writes weren't transactional. Nobody set up backups. There's no observability when things break. We engineer the opposite: production-grade foundations — auth, data integrity, scalability, maintainability, observability, delivery — that a business can take root in.

## Founder

Pampaware is led by **Nicolás Daniel Risso** (Buenos Aires). 15+ years building software for startups. Two prior acquisitions:

- Co-built **Restorando** (Latin American restaurant reservation platform, acquired by TheFork / TripAdvisor)
- Co-built **Getro** (talent platform for VC portfolios, acquired by Findem)

He's joined by a small bench of collaborators from across that career — engineers, designers, and product people. The studio stays small on purpose. You always know who is writing your code.
